Position Purpose The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation. What You Will Do Collaborates with manager in the development of performance measurements for the Palliative Care Program to ensure continuous quality improvement; ensures implementation Motivates/supports employees for exemplary performance on internal and external customer service, productivity, and accuracy Provides statistical/budgetary data to appropriate Palliative care program Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure execution of quality delivery of services Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing education program. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice. CPR certification Hospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.
