Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting schools near the vibrant Chattanooga area as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This rewarding contract role offers the flexibility of true per diem scheduling, making it ideal for professionals who prefer an as-needed commitment. Your primary focus will be Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) review, ensuring you can leverage your expertise without responsibilities related to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) or RBT Supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a BCBA required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Expertise in conducting and reviewing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Excellent communication abilities with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to ethical standards and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Responsibilities:
- Complete and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as needed by school staff
- Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to teams supporting students
- Collaborate with school personnel, including educators and support staff, to promote student success
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation related to assessments
- Uphold protocols and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times
