Caregiver Wanted New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is looking for a compassionate, team-oriented Day Program Instructor to join our team. In this role, you'll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, engaging in community outings, and facilitating skill-building activities. You're expected to be on your feet, able to lift at least 50 lbs, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Assist adults with daily personal care. Engage in community outings. Facilitate skill-building activities. Be on your feet and able to lift at least 50 lbs. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record. Pass criminal background check. Benefits and Compensation Flexible daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM). Starting pay of $17.13 per hour.
