We are looking for a candidate with chemo administration certification and experience who can help fill in gaps on the schedule. An ideal candidate would be available for 1-2 shifts per week and would be flexible with days and times. + Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of abuse or neglect. + Makes appropriate decisions and conducts interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to patients' actual or potential health conditions or needs. + Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. + Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed. + Assesses and interprets diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition, including lab results, non-invasive monitoring data, and interdisciplinary team notes. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Organizational and multi-tasking skills [Required] + Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures [Required] + Ability to work as a Team player within a unit [Required] + Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills [Required] + EKG (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements) [Required] **Education:** + Associate's of Nursing [Required] + Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] **Field of Study:** + N/A **Work Experience:** + 1+ Years [Preferred] **Additional Information:** + Additional licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
