Clinical Applications Analyst

Providing high-level support for the analysis and implementation of EHR applications, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst will manage low to mid-complexity projects and gather workflow requirements from clinical end users in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Meet with clinical end users to gather and analyze workflow requirements for EHR applications Design, configure, and support the implementation of new functionality and system updates Develop and present educational programs to ensure user competency with the applications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of experience in a related area Experience managing low to mid-level projects related to EHR applications Aptitude for translating customer requirements into feasible application options Preferred: Epic PB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified Preferred: Epic HB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified Virtual Vocations Inc
