I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in software sales. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and as a father of four, family is at the center of everything I do. I'm an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, proudly support the local minor league baseball team, the Zoo Keepers, and enjoy sponsoring youth sports and community events. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joshua Murray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
