Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on‑site role in Tampa, FL, moving projects from signed contract to completed installation. It builds the production schedule, places customer confirmation calls, issues production start notifications, and coordinates the crew calendar with the superintendent, adjusting around weather, inspections, and emergencies without dropping a job or surprising a customer. Permitting belongs to this seat end to end: pulling permits, tracking them through issuance and final inspection, coordinating the owner's Notice of Commencement before work begins, and serving Notices to Owner inside the statutory window. It also orders material deliveries, tracks change orders from field identification through written approval and billing, and collects daily reports, job photographs, and inspection results. Because ConstructoMax self‑performs, the schedule this role builds is the schedule our crews work. Qualifications Commercial construction experience is required and candidates without it will not be considered. Two or more years in project coordination, scheduling, or dispatch within commercial construction or commercial roofing. Working knowledge of Florida permitting and lien timelines, including Notices of Commencement and Notices to Owner. Proficiency with construction job management software and strong Excel skills. Ability to identify a schedule conflict several days in advance and resolve it before it results in a lost crew day. Direct and clear communication with foremen, superintendents, suppliers, and customers. Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Post‑secondary education in construction management is a plus. Conversational Spanish is useful in this role.
