Make a Meaningful Impact with Sun and Sage ABA!

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Espaola, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certifiedwe'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans. Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills. Collect data to track progress and celebrate success. Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment. Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates. Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

What We're Looking For:

Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply. ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified). Strong communication and organization skills. Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others. Comfortable working weekday mornings/afternoons.

Job Details:

Job Type: Part-time. Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 3 PM. Location: In-person sessions in Espaola, NM.
