Senior Staff Accountant

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for organizing and managing client assignments and projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing the completion of tasks and project components, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also involves coaching, advising, and directing team members, supporting both client outcomes and the professional development of the team. This is a hybrid role based in our Camas office, with required travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and project work. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities Project manages one or more client assignments, ensuring success of projects Prepares engagement budgets and establishes work schedules through effective use of project management tools Identifies clients' needs and opportunities Successfully directs and maintains a motivated empowered team Performs a detailed review of the team’s work to ensure quality Mentors Staff Accountants Job Qualifications CPA preferred Work experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience working in public accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
