Examples Of Duties Performed

Performs heavy cleaning duties for a long-term care nursing center such as:

• stripping old finish and applying new finish to floors
• shampooing carpet
• operating floor buffing machines
• washing walls

Performs light cleaning duties such as:

• dusting, sweeping, and damp mopping floors
• vacuuming carpet
• mopping
• collects and removes trash from assigned area
• keeps equipment clean and in proper operating condition.
