Global Placement Firm is excited to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Pensacola, FL , seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join their high-performing rehabilitation team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about restoring function, promoting wellness, and delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive, high-quality rehabilitative care by evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs that enhance each patients physical function and overall quality of life. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team, the PT ensures safe, effective, and goal-oriented therapy services across the continuum of care.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to patient engagement and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
• Provide skilled and purposeful therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and function.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, techniques, and the safe use of assistive devices or prosthetics.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
• Manage daily caseload and assist in coordinating therapy schedules and patient handoffs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Required
• Licensure: State of Florida Licensed Physical Therapist Required
• Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists alike.

Shifts Available

Full-Time | Days (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range:

• <1 year: $35.77/hr
• 1 year: $37.56/hr
• 23 years: $39.35/hr
• 45 years: $41.13/hr
• 67 years: $42.92/hr
• 910 years: $44.71/hr
• 16+ years: $49.18/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis
