Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Territory Marketer to join our canvassing team. You will prospect in neighborhoods independently and drive results. Whether you've worked for the Military, Solar, Retail Services, Fast Food, or are just looking for a change of pace, we encourage you to apply! Most marketers earn $60,000 - $100,000 annually through a combination of a $20 base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales driven mentality.
• Valid US Driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
