Job Description:
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties include:
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current New York State License- RN

- Based on experience
