Mammography Technologist – Float Pool - Miami, FL

\n

Full time 8:00am–4:30pm $25,000 Bonus
Minimum 1 year of experience required

The Float Pool Mammography Technologist supports multiple outpatient breast imaging centers. This role is ideal for a tech who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their schedule, and delivers exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Perform high quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols
\n
• Float between assigned locations within Miami Dade and Broward based on operational needs
\n
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
\n
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to support efficient workflow
\n
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required
\n
• Current Florida state license (or willing to obtain)
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience (required for all float pool positions)
\n
• Strong patient facing communication skills
\n
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments and workflows
\n
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites
\n

Schedule & Environment

\n

\n
• Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
\n
• No major holidays
\n
