The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Customer Service and Support Division (CSSD) spares warehouse. This 10,000 sq ft warehouse provides Safran Nacelles spares support for the Americas airline operators including 24-7 Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) spare parts support. The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is a key member of the supply chain team responsible for executing shipping activities, maintenance of shipping records to facilitate tracking, and proactive daily/weekly status reporting. They will also ensure exceptional inventory management of warehouse materials and inventory reporting. The coordinator will also be on-call to fulfill AOG order requests from customers within a 3-hour window 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
• Ensuring adherence to all Quality and HSE procedures, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
• Coordinating and executing shipping activities, such as preparing, packaging, and dispatching finished goods in accordance with established procedures and delivery schedule
• Coordinating and fulfilling all AOG order requests within a 3-hour window 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will be responsible for the AOG phone unless approved by the warehouse manager for PTO or other scenarios in which case back-up support will be provided
• Verifying accuracy of shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and documentation prior to release.
• Ensuring proper handling, storage, and transport of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Providing shipping details to customers as requested and maintaining shipping records to facilitate tracking
• Supporting the Import and Export Compliance Control Specialist in preparing and filing export compliance documentation
• Coordinating and reporting all inventory activities to enable the achievement of reliable targets to optimize inventory levels and costs
• Ensuring accurate material movements and real time updates in the ERP system
• Ensuring full compliance with shelf-life controls, monitoring expiry dates and maintaining accurate stock integrity in the ERP system
• Answering the shipping and receiving door during business hours, including loading and unloading inbound/outbound shipments.
• Carrying out cycle counts and processing results through the system
• Actively participating in a continuous improvement culture providing recommendations and implementing enhancements to current methods and procedures. Continually improving the workspace through 5S.

Education/Certifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Experience :
Required: More than 3 years of related experience working in a Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics environment.
Preferred: More than 5 years of related experience working in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or aerospace manufacturing.
