MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer‑oriented Facility Supervisor, O&M to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment. Prepare work schedules, assign specific tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs. Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce. Drafts RMI status reports and maintains preventative maintenance documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific. Prepare maintenance artifacts for senior‑level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission‑support sites. Assist in identifies maintenance gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. 3+ years of position‑relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to draft technical maintenance documentation and follow established SOPs. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of position‑relevant experience. OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification. Experience using automated maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo or similar tools. Clearance Requirements Must hold an active Secret clearance. Physical Requirements The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
