Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including patient screening, education, and maintenance Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient experiences Support clinical autonomy while utilizing best practices and advanced tools Role Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including patient screening, education, and maintenance Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient experiences Support clinical autonomy while utilizing best practices and advanced tools Qualifications & Skills Current dental hygienist license in Washington and relevant degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification and minimum clinical experience (preferably 2-3 years) Experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and dental tools (e.g., Velscope, Diagnodent) is preferred Key Duties Deliver patient education and preventive care Maintain a compassionate, team-oriented environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development Perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds Attend periodic training sessions, including virtual or in-person Benefits & Environment Competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
