WFM Implementation Support Consultant

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice .


Responsibilities:

• Provide client-side implementation support for ADP client implementing WorkForceManager, moving from NovaTime.
• Support pre-implementation, including translation of business structure, pulling reports, etc.
• Business structure setup support
• Support UAT and training efforts with client
• Provide training and prepare cleint for go-live
• Support during hyper-care period, make recommendations for best business practice and optimization
• Attend project update calls, providing collaborative commuications to support client and ADP team objectives
• Setup of new clocks:
  • Assign IP addresses/clock names
  • Configuration/Testing results
  • Validation in WFM

Required Qualification(s):

• ADP Workforce Manager implementation experience, certification preferred
• Ability to drive client deliverables in order to ensure success
• Ability to work in team environment with client/vendor and STG consultant

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity , with a late October/November start date. Duration is through first punch of 7/1/26

Level of Effort:
Part-time, depending on phase of project, 250 hours across project timeline, in addition to 80 hours for clock configuration (no hardware install) with the possibility to extend.
Work to be performed remotely

Working Hours: PST to support client hours in California
