Patient Services Representative

Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and customer service Assist with problem solving patient issues Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect point-of-service payments, including copays and other patient financial responsibility Communicate with clinic teams and central support regarding appointments and follow-up needs Attend required meetings, huddles, and clinic-team collaboration Maintain accurate new and current patient accounts, including insurance and billing information Operate multiple systems for communication and documentation Follow BrightView’s compliance standards and regulatory requirements Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of prior front desk experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service-centric approach Empathy and compassion for supporting patients’ recovery journeys Ability to work with diverse colleagues and patients Problem-solving ability and sense of urgency Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Adaptability in a dynamic work environment Technological capability across multiple communication and documentation systems Familiarity with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) preferred High degree of integrity and compliance with work standards and regulatory requirements Familiarity with
