The Opportunity

As part of the Marketing Technology Team you will lead large-scale marketing technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize how they connect with their customers through data, technology, and experience. As a Director you will set the strategic direction and drive business growth by overseeing the functional requirements, design, and architecture of marketing ecosystems while fostering impactful executive-level client relations. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape enterprise architectures and implementation strategies that enhance client relationships and deliver innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance client interactions through innovative technology

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology landscape

• Guide teams in the integration of various marketing platforms

• Lead the definition and execution of enterprise marketing technology strategies and roadmap

• Translate complex marketing and data requirements into technology blueprints

• Lead pursuits, proposals, and solution development for marketing technology opportunities

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 10 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery within a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing preferred

• Proven track record of leading multi-platform implementations

• Demonstrating hands-on experience with AI solutions

• Developing and managing large martech transformation programs

• Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks

• Understanding of Adobe, Salesforce, and other Martech ecosystems

• Translating complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints

• Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery

• Possessing proven technical fluency with the ability to guide conversations spanning data models and APIs

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
