West Region Director, Indirect Sales Channel Leader

EchoStar is seeking a dynamic Director of Indirect Sales - West to lead a 35+ person field sales team and drive key sales metrics. You will act as the SME for Boost Mobile distribution, optimize channels, and coordinate with strategic partners and dealers to maximize market impact.
The role requires executive-level experience, data-driven leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a competitive wireless market.
