Job Description

Complete Lawn Service is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong leadership skills, and has hands-on knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance.

The Crew Leader will oversee daily landscaping projects, lead a team of crew members, communicate with customers, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects
Perform and supervise landscape installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Install and maintain plant material, shrubs, trees, mulch, stone, and decorative beds
Knowledge and experience with irrigation systems, repairs, adjustments, and installations
Build and repair retaining walls, drainage solutions, and hardscape features
Read and follow landscape designs and project plans
Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper care of tools and machinery
Train and guide crew members to maintain quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license required
Must have a valid Social Security card and authorization to work
Previous landscaping experience required
Strong knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance
Experience with irrigation systems, retaining walls, grading, drainage, and hardscape projects
Ability to lead a crew and complete projects from start to finish
Reliable transportation and dependable work attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Preferred Skills:

3+ years of landscaping experience
Experience operating skid steers, loaders, and landscaping equipment
Knowledge of plant identification and proper installation techniques
Ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues
Experience managing job sites and crews
