Ultrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound Technologist [Full Time/ Permanent]

Ultrasound Technologist The sonographer performs diagnostic medical sonograms (general and vascular), provides quality patient care, and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered. The sonographer works closely and communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, lead sonographer, manager, radiologists, providers, and all other clinic/hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care. The employee assists the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives. Required Qualifications Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent education/experience National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or National Registered Technologist – Sonography (upon hire) National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire) Preferred Qualifications 2 years’ experience Shift Details 32 hours per week, 0.8 FTE, day shift 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE, day shift Senior Ultrasound Technologist Responsible for advanced ultrasound examinations across all patient age groups (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric). Requires minimal supervision, performs complex general and vascular ultrasound exams, and provides optimal diagnostic assessment. Works closely with patients, staff, and leadership to maintain high-quality care and supports department goals and objectives.
