Intellectus is building a new kind of advisory firm—where wealth management, technology, and execution excellence converge. We’re looking for a high-ownership Operations & Compliance Associate to play a core role in running the firm day-to-day.

Become part of the operational backbone of the business.

• Lead new account onboarding and account opening
• Trade support & Execution
• Process product paperwork (Alts, SMAs, Options, SLAs, etc.)
• Execute wires, transfers, and journals
• Maintain records across new accounts, money movement, and NNA
• Support trade settlement, booking, and allocations
• Manage counterparty documentation and processing
• Own data integrity and firm-wide file systems & CRM
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and office calendar
• Support phones and day-to-day operational flow

• Track and maintain the Compliance Calendar
• Prepare and organize reports for regulatory review
• Maintain files for attestations and acknowledgments
• Manage compliance marketing logs and documentation
• Maintain client communications and data records
• Assist with regulatory filings
• Ensure accurate, daily record keeping

• Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline
• Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks
• Comfortable in financial services / compliance environments
• Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Moves with speed, precision, and reliability
