Product Marketing Manager

Job Location Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e‑beam technology. Responsibilities Design product related market strategies and marketing plans to ensure profitable business with the product assigned. Analyze and evaluate market information and data about target markets, customers, competitors and their potentials. Derive product requirements and go‑to‑market plans, including pricing, promotion and placement of products. Drive the product related outbound marketing activities, design product marketing campaigns. Lead product related alignments with respect to pricing, product messaging and market positioning. Ensure technical specification and data of product are well documented, filed and maintained in the systems. Monitor, analyze and evaluate trends and developments to better coordinate activities or measures planned. Plan and coordinate activities in assigned local projects or workstreams for products or investments, together with management involved or affected. Coordinate cross‑functional resources, manage activities, evaluate milestone achievements and initiate final acceptance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering preferred, computer engineering, material science, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, or business development experience in the electronics industry. Able to travel frequently when required (40–60%).
