Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech
Join our team as a Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of surgical instrument processing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform decontamination of all surgical items including drills, Davinci, and scopes
- Assemble instruments across all service lines, including trauma and loaners
- Execute sterilization processes using both sterrad and steam methods
- Manage sterile storage and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Act as an OR liaison to facilitate communication and workflow
- Utilize the Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
What We Need To See
- CBSPD or CRCST certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a facility similar to a Level One trauma center
- Experience in decontamination of all surgical items
- OR liaison experience
- Familiarity with the Censitrac tracking system
