Marketing Campaign Execution Lead Analyst

Marketing Campaign Execution Lead Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical execution of multi-channel marketing strategies. You will build event-triggered workflows and manage data-driven personalization to enhance the customer experience across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Key Details:

Duration: 1-year contract (extension possible)
Compensation: $50.00/hr
Schedule: On-call availability required from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST.
Location: Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities

Journey Orchestration: Design, build, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including event-triggered workflows and audience segmentation.
Workflow Management: Develop and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard (v8) workflows, focusing on data ingestion, enrichment, and targeting logic.
Personalization: Create dynamic content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks to ensure scalable components.
Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate AJO with enterprise sources, configure schemas, and ensure real-time profile activation.
Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot workflow failures, and ensure compliance with privacy and deliverability best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Campaign v8 (Classic or Standard)
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for marketing automation.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push).
Strong understanding of data schemas and real-time event triggers.
Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
