About the Role

The Company is seeking a Private Banker with a VP level experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, generating business results, and advising clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs. This role requires a professional with a strong community presence, an established network, and a proven track record of sales success. The Private Banker will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide targeted advice, and ensure that the proposed solutions align with the client's short, medium, and long-term objectives. Applicants for the Private Banker position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of work experience in private banking or financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and the necessary licenses (Series 7, 66, and Insurance) or the ability to obtain them within 90 days. The role demands a candidate with a focus on the client experience, a proactive and initiative-taking approach, and the ability to work in a disciplined and organized manner. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP, as well as in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed-income markets, and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and credible professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a strong ability to solve problems using critical thinking.
