AI/ML Engineer (Senior Associate)

Salary: $130,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or intelligent application engineering.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• We expect proficiency in Python.
• We look for familiarity with modern ML/AI frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenAI APIs.
• We require experience working with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, along with containerization tools like Docker.
• It is preferred that you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or intelligent application engineering.
• We value strong experience with backend or API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to agent frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen, as well as vector databases, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI/ML services is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for model deployment, model monitoring, orchestration standards, agent routing protocols, or AI evaluation methods is beneficial.
• We appreciate candidates who can work across cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cloud certifications in AI/ML services are considered an advantage.
• Experience leading technical projects or operating in a hybrid engineer/project manager capacity is valuable.
• We need strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance hands-on engineering work and project coordination.
• Candidates must be able to work from flexible locations across the US and travel as needed.

• We design and build AI-driven solutions using both traditional machine learning and generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
• We create intelligent applications and agents that operate autonomously or interactively using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable tools.
• We develop modular, well-documented APIs and service components, such as those built with FastAPI or Flask, to support model integration and consumption.
• We build and maintain data pipelines that cover data collection, transformation, and quality validation for model training.
• We implement observability and evaluation capabilities to track accuracy, drift, reliability, and task-level reasoning in AI systems.
• We partner with software engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to move solutions smoothly from design into production.
• We support rapid experimentation as well as dependable deployment pipelines, depending on the maturity of each use case.
• We stay current on emerging trends in GenAI, AI agents, orchestration protocols, and evaluation frameworks to strengthen our capabilities.
• We assist with project management activities, including planning work, tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning with client timelines and goals.
• We help prepare status updates, manage stakeholder communication, and surface risks or issues during execution.
