What You’ll Do: Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student’s motor and mobility goals Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals Perform assessments and contribute to IEP planning meetings Complete student reevaluations to support student IEP development Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
