Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an empathetic and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging specialists dedicated to providing top-tier care. You will utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology to execute diagnostic imaging, collaborate with a team of committed healthcare professionals, and help alleviate patient anxiety through timely and precise results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly explaining procedures to ensure understanding
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Handle and maintain imaging equipment, immediately reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures meticulously and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic system
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging technology and techniques

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a similar field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly desirable

Required Certifications

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
