Leadership Opportunity With An Established Contractor
Our client is a well-established construction contractor specialising in civil construction, site development, infrastructure, and demolition services. Due to continued project activity, they are expanding their estimating team.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed estimates for sitework and demolition projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documentation.
- Complete takeoffs and cost analyses.
- Develop pricing strategies and bid proposals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
- Support project teams through bid award and project handoff.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience estimating sitework construction projects.
- Demolition estimating experience is highly preferred.
- Background within heavy civil, excavation, land development, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to review plans and produce accurate estimates.
