Seeking a Caring, Experienced Nanny for Our 3.5-Year-Old and 11-Month-Old

We are looking for an experienced nanny to care for our two children: a 3.5-year-old and an 11-month-old. We are looking for someone with proven experience caring for multiple children simultaneously, including infants. The ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, safety-conscious, and confident managing the different developmental needs of both a busy preschooler and an active infant. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, positive environment, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, preparing meals/snacks, supporting naps and daily routines, taking children to local activities, and household management. Prior infant experience and strong references are required.
