# Job Opportunity – Advanced Practice Provider (Cardiology) – Arizona

Start Date: Multiple dates available in September and October 2026

Location: Arizona

Schedule: Multiple assignment blocks available ranging from 3-5 days. Patient caseload of approximately 13 patients per day. Hospital-based work including floor consults and incoming STEMI cases.

• Cardiology-focused role in a 99-bed community hospital serving patients aged 55+
• Work alongside advanced practice providers providing comprehensive cardiac care
• STEMI protocol experience required with exposure to acute cardiac interventions
• Cerner EMR system in use
• Flexible assignment blocks available throughout September and October 2026
• Remote orientation provided (approximately 4 hours) prior to assignment start

Requirements:

• Active Arizona state license required (IMLC accepted)
• Board Certification required
• Active DEA license required
• Minimum 2+ years of APP experience in acute care cardiology
• STEMI experience and proficiency required
• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Current case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
