Your own open-bed pickup truck, or
A vehicle capable of towing a trailer and a trailer you'll use for the job.
We're hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.
This role is ideal if you're looking for part-time work, a second job, or a consistent daytime schedule close to home.
What You'll Do
Each service day, you'll help maintain apartment communities by keeping common areas, disposal areas, and outdoor spaces clean and well cared for.
Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming
Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment
Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures
Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services
Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies
Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors

Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Consistent Daytime Schedule: Typically Sunday-Thursday or Wednesday-Sunday, starting around 6:00 AM (varies by market) for a total of 10-15+ hours per week

Qualifications
You must personally own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance for the vehicle being used
You must be 18 years or older
Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
Operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely
Work around trash, recycling, and waste
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
