Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, build connections, and support each other in a safe and nurturing environment. \n
- Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and coping strategies effectively. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges and aspirations. \n
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support tailored to each client's unique situation. \n
This role centers on serving young adults and teens, ages 18 to 30, who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will provide compassionate support and evidence-based interventions that instill hope and guide clients toward lasting recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- A valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required. \n
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, group dynamics, and crisis intervention. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients and build trust. \n

- Previous experience working with teens and young adults in an outpatient setting is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy techniques. \n
- Experience in leading group therapy sessions and crafting effective treatment plans. \n
