Come be a part of the revolution! About the Role: Aide in Training This role is hired as a Hospitality Assistant and designed as a pathway into Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. CNA training is anticipated but not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Team members in this role gain hands‑on experience while preparing for a future transition into CNA training once program availability is confirmed. As a Aide in Training, you will: Engage with residents through light personal care, casual conversations, games, and social activities — help create a warm, home-like environment. Hands‑on variety in your day: assist with housekeeping, laundry, and light grooming tasks that make a real difference in residents’ daily lives. Supportive team environment where you collaborate with nursing and care staff to ensure residents feel respected, clean, and cared for. Opportunities to build meaningful relationships — be a familiar, friendly face that residents and families come to trust and appreciate.
