Territory Manager - Sports Medicine

This is a growth-focused role for someone who’s ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory, build strong clinical partnerships and be a key player in shaping outcomes for patients.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the strategy for your territory—managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to expand. You’ll spend time in theatre, supporting surgeons with our innovative Sports Medicine portfolio and providing trusted clinical expertise before, during and after procedures. This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
Develop and execute a clear territory strategy that drives business growth
Build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals
Provide clinical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use
Educate and train clinical staff on best practice and new technologies
Navigate complex conversations and problem-solve in real time
Collaborate with your team and broader business to share insights and deliver results
