Security Officer Lead
McLaren Health Care
Department: Security Shift: Day Daily Work Times: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Scheduled Biweekly Hours: 80 Position Summary: Under general supervision, assists with the enforcement of security/safety related regulations, and protects hospital patients, visitors, staff, and property from hazardous conditions and/or criminal activities, including potential for violence in the workplace. Qualifications: Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related work experience.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Driving record must be within the approved insurance company's regulations.
- Related training beyond high school in related programs.
- Previous experience in health care industry.
- Associate degree in criminal justice, security administration or related field.
