Director, Product and Pipeline Communications (Oncology and Neurology)

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Director to lead product and pipeline communications for oncology and neurology programs. The role manages strategic initiatives across multiple channels to build awareness, drive stakeholder engagement, and support the company's reputation in cortisol modulation therapies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with organizational leaders to plan and execute strategic communications for product visibility and pipeline awareness
- Develop and implement multi-channel communications plans using earned media, sponsored content, social channels, and owned platforms
- Manage social media content planning and execution to drive organizational visibility and engagement
- Oversee media relations including proactive outreach, inquiry responses, and coverage monitoring
- Engage advocacy organizations to support disease awareness and research visibility initiatives
Requirements
- Experience translating complex scientific and business information into clear communications strategies
- Proven social media planning and content creation expertise
- Strong writing and editing capabilities for diverse audiences
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships
- Experience managing media relations and external communications vendors
- Sound judgment in handling sensitive or high-impact communications situations
