Job Description What You'll Be Doing You'll manage your territory like a business-powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships. * Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners * Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc's Sales Science approach * Maintain strong activity and follow‑through * Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions * Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success * Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard * Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques * Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights Qualifications What Makes You a Strong Fit * Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer‑based sales or B2B sales. * Strong relationship‑building and communication skills * Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes * Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive-in a good way * Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Rhode Island territory (Don't check every box?
