Loader Operator

CR Jackson, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting asphalt plant operations, material handling, and construction projects by safely and efficiently operating front-end loaders and related equipment.

We are looking for individuals with equipment operating experience who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and work well as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate front-end loaders to load trucks, feed asphalt plants, and move materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Stockpile, blend, and manage aggregates and other materials.
• Maintain safe traffic flow around plant and jobsite operations.
• Load materials accurately and efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, plant personnel, supervisors, and crew members.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other plant and construction operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in asphalt, aggregate, mining, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to safely work around trucks, equipment, and active construction operations.
• Strong attention to safety and equipment care.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
