We’re growing fast and looking for driven Purchase Loan Officers (Active NMLS license required)who are ready to take their business to the next level. If you thrive in a relationship-driven environment and love helping clients get into their dream homes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners
- Educate clients on loan products, terms, and the overall mortgage process
- Take complete and accurate loan applications; manage files from pre-approval to closing
- Review income, credit, and financial documents to ensure loan quality
- Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an excellent borrower experience
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals for purchase transactions

Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license required
- 1+ year of mortgage origination experience (purchase-focused preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
- Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Compensation:
Commission-based — top performers earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually
