Customer Care Specialist We are seeking an individual eager to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. No prior banking experience is required; training will be provided. The role involves providing friendly customer service over the phone, assisting customers with banking needs, navigating multiple computer systems, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues. Responsibilities Provide smart, friendly customer service to customers over the phone. Assist customers with their banking needs and maintain a knowledge of a variety of bank products and procedures. Navigate multiple computer systems, multi‑task, and document outcomes during and after calls. Collaborate with other departments across the bank to assist customers’ needs and solve problems. Offer advice to customers to deepen their relationships. Take initiative and bring a positive attitude. Qualifications No previous banking experience required; we will train you. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Tech‑savvy and detail oriented. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
