Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.” About The Role Engagement: GIG / Contract / Appointment-Based Start: Approximately 10 days from engagement Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its Court Operations team and seeks licensed U.S. attorneys interested in immigration law who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based , appointment-driven court appearances supporting Individual Calendar Hearings . This is not a full-time role . Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for attorneys seeking flexible courtroom work without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments . Key Contributions Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at hearings Appear in person at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates Why This GIG Works Want flexible appointment-based assignments No case management, filings, or client ownership Transportation and training expenses covered Malpractice insurance provided for all of our assignments What Makes You a Great Fit Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction) 3-5 years of Immigration or courtroom experience “USCIS or EOIR” required Basic knowledge of immigration law required.
