Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in an Adult Medical/Surgical unit with a focus on Orthopedic and Neurological patients. This is a day shift role, working from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical, Orthopedic, or Neurological setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
