Performance Engineer

Job Summary

The Performance Engineer is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining performance testing and monitoring strategies to ensure optimal application performance. The role involves capacity planning, production bottleneck resolution, automation of repetitive tasks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance tests for applications
Monitor and optimize production application performance
Conduct capacity planning and identify/resolve production bottlenecks
Implement and manage performance monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM) tools
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver performance solutions
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective performance solutions

Scripting / Automation

Basic scripting in PowerShell
