Bank Teller

Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Tellers to join our team. The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and ensure all transactions are accounted for. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services. Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Assist with other duties as assigned by the branch manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in banking or finance is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Proficiency with computer systems and banking software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
