Case Aide Full Time Professional MO - Columbia, Columbia, MO, US Salary Range: $16.62 To $17.78 Annually KVC Missouri Community Based Services Location: Columbia, MO – primarily field-based work, with 1-3 days in the office for supervision and meetings. Schedule: Monday-Friday with one late night per week* Pay: $16.62-$17.78 per hour Job Summary The Foster Care Case Aide offers supportive supervision to both children and their families, emphasizing the development of nurturing parenting techniques during visits. They take charge of transportation logistics for visits, foster care transitions, and appointments, ensuring a smooth process for all involved. Their goal is to cultivate a positive environment for parenting and child growth, fostering stronger family bonds and reducing the risk of any harm to the child. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment. Qualifications Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
