JANSON has the requirement for an IMMEDIATE HIRE for a Field Operations Manager serving our clients at Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon. This position will lead and oversee facility renovation and modernization projects. The primary focus of this job is centered on managing teams and coordinating logistics to include overseeing installation teams for general construction, A/V, furnishings, etc. Providing daily client updates on schedule, and performance. This role requires someone with the skill sets to manage people and logistics.

PRIOR MILITARY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Location: Fairfax, VA

Start : Immediately

Clearance: Secret (Must have an active clearance)

Responsibilities:

· Manage cost, schedule, and performance for facility renovation/ modernization and general construction projects.

· Manage quality execution of each project.

· Manage all installation teams to include organizing escorts for the Pentagon to overseeing the work.

· Ensure projects are executed on-time and on-budget.

· Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions.

· Coordinate with clients and government personnel such as DPW.

· Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract terms.

· Coordinate with internal departments such as our in-house design team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program alignment and success.

Qualifications:

· BS degree or commensurate experiences with at least 3 years of experience in project management and/or construction/logistics project management.

· Proven ability to manage multiple teams and drive collaboration and service excellence.

· Highly reliable and thrives in a high ops-tempo environment.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in project management software (training will be provided).

· Ability to accomplish big picture objectives through a strong focus on detail.

· Active Secret clearance.
